Quality does not only consist in correctly translated texts…
At ABZ we understand quality as a process that has to be optimized continously and begins with the project management, continues with the various linguistic quality checks and comprises also the customer service after a project has been finished.
These are some aspects of our quality management:
Employees and freelancers
We consider the perfect linguistic quality as a natural precondition when working in the translation sector. That´s why we are applying extremly strict quality criteria when it comes to our intern employees as well as our freelancers.
An international project management team, one project manager for all aspects (also in multilingual projects), workflow control of the project processing and the customer support, selection of the best provider for each task, multiple quality control of the performed service.
Tracking and transparency
We file all data and correspondence of a project to be able to track it even after months. This way we are at any time able to answer customer questions or re-deliver files again at a later date.
Reliability and availability
Each project is different and holds new challenges. We know that delivering a service must not become routine. Therefore our project managers carefully consider and plan each aspect before starting a project.
Due to right through office hours and our e-mail support at the weekends we can offer nearly 24hour service and can react rapidly to changes in our customer´s project plans.
We are always up-to-date concerning the sector-intern application developments, testing new programs as well as optimizing and automating processes. This way we can deliver our services in shortest possible time, the best possible quality and at the most reasonable price.
